HYROX ticket data
The HYROX
waitlist, explained
There is no single HYROX waitlist. Regional organisers run different notification lists: some are race-wide, some ask which divisions you want, and some races offer none. An independent alert gives you one consistent way to watch a specific race division.
What the official HYROX waiting lists are
HYROX races are sold by regional organisers rather than centrally, and each of them runs its own store. Where a sold-out race page offers a waiting list, joining it puts your address on that organiser’s list for that race, sometimes with a choice of divisions. If entries are released later, the organiser may send the list an email.
It is free, it is official, and it is worth joining wherever it exists. Its scope and timing vary by organiser, so it is worth checking exactly what the form promises.
Where official waiting lists vary
- Not every race has one. The lists are per organiser and per store, so whether the race you want has one is a matter of which region is selling it.
- Division choices vary. Some lists are race-wide, while others let you select one or more divisions. An independent alert always watches the exact division and race day you choose.
- It sends when the organiser sends. An entry that comes back because one athlete withdrew is not usually an event the organiser announces. It simply reappears in the store for whoever reaches it first.
- Returned entries can move quickly. Half of the returned listings that sold out again in the last 30 days did so within 2 hours, so a message that arrives with the next newsletter may arrive after the place has been taken.
Official waiting list vs TicketsNotify
They are not alternatives. Join the official list where the race has one, and use an alert for the part it does not cover.

What an alert adds, in numbers
The case for watching one specific division is not a claim, it is what happened. In the last 30 days, 58% of the standard HYROX race divisions that sold out were available again, across 2,326 separate occasions, with a median observed return time of 7 hours. Which divisions those were, and how far out from race day, is on the HYROX ticket return statistics page, and the latest are listed under recent drops.
How to get on a HYROX waitlist
- 1. Join the official list where there is one. Open the race on the official HYROX site and look for a notification form on the sold-out page. It costs nothing and it is the organiser’s own channel.
- 2. Decide which division you actually want. Open singles, pro, adaptive, doubles or relay, and which race day. An independent alert keeps this choice consistent even when the official list does not offer it.
- 3. Set an alert on it. Find your race on TicketsNotify, choose that division, and confirm your email. You are told when it is available again, with a link straight to it.
- 4. Buy on the official site. Every purchase happens on the official event website at the normal price. TicketsNotify never sells, holds, or reserves a ticket.

This service ran as HYROX Waitlist at hyroxwaitlist.com until 2026-07-18, when it became TicketsNotify. Same team, same alerts, a name that also covers the races we monitor beyond HYROX. What changed and why.
