Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

1. Who we are

The data controller for TicketsNotify is PNB Coding LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #28617, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA. For any privacy request, write to legal@pnbcoding.com.

TicketsNotify is an independent software service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX (HYROX World GmbH), the event organizer, or any official ticketing provider. We never sell, hold, or transfer tickets. All tickets are purchased on the official event website.

2. What we store

We keep things deliberately minimal. The only data we store is:

  • your email address;
  • the events and ticket types you set up alerts for;
  • the mobile phone number(s) you verify, only if you opted in to SMS alerts;
  • if you subscribe to Pro, your subscription status and renewal dates.

We use this data only to operate the Service and to send you the alerts and account notices you signed up for.

3. What we do NOT store

We do not store payment cards, billing addresses, names, or profile data. We do not store a phone number unless you explicitly opted in to SMS alerts. Payments and Pro subscription billing are handled entirely by Stripe; we only see the minimum information Stripe shows us to confirm a purchase or subscription status. For details on what Stripe collects, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. How we use email

  • Transactional alerts you signed up for (Ticket Alert verification, ticket-available notifications, payment confirmations).
  • Occasionally, news about future HYROX events or related promotions we think are useful.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your email from our database.

5. SMS alerts

If you opt in to SMS alerts, we store the mobile number(s) you verify and use them solely to send you a text when a ticket you are monitoring becomes available. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

SMS messages are delivered by Twilio Inc. (USA) acting as our subprocessor. Twilio processes your phone number and message metadata to deliver the message; see the Twilio Privacy Notice.

To stop SMS alerts, open your dashboard and remove the number from the Ticket Alerts using it, or pause those alerts. Our alerts are sent from a sender name rather than a phone number, so replies to them are not received and replying STOP does not reach us.

6. Service providers (subprocessors)

To run the Service we rely on these providers:

  • Neon – database hosting (USA).
  • Stripe – payment processing (USA / Ireland).
  • Resend – email delivery (USA).
  • Twilio – SMS delivery (USA), only if you opt in to SMS alerts.
  • Vercel – web hosting and cookieless traffic analytics (USA).
  • PostHog – product analytics and session replay (USA).

International transfers from the EU/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by each provider.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies (e.g. for your session, Stripe Checkout, and unsubscribe links), and one analytics cookie set by PostHog. That cookie holds a random identifier so we can tell that several page views belong to one visit, and that a visit that started before you had an account was yours. It is read only by us. Vercel Analytics is cookieless.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not embed third-party advertising trackers. If you would rather not be counted, turn on Do Not Track in your browser and we will not record your visit. Doing so changes nothing about the Service or your alerts.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, at any time, by emailing legal@pnbcoding.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information.

9. Retention

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Records related to a completed payment may be retained for as long as required to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version.
